2. Quotes & Pricing
All pricing is shared after reviewing project details.
Prices may vary depending on:

3. Payments
We follow:

50% advance payment before starting

50% payment after project approval but before final delivery
Payments are non-refundable once the design or development work has started.
4. Revisions
Most projects include 2 rounds of revisions.
Additional revisions may incur extra charges.
5. Ownership & Rights
After full payment:

You own the website files
-
You own the branding assets
-
We may showcase your project in our portfolio unless you request otherwise
6. Intellectual Property
You must own the rights to any content you provide (images, text, logos).
Creatify Studio is not responsible for copyright violations on content provided by the client.
7. Project Delivery
Typical delivery timeline: 7–21 days depending on project scope.
Delays may occur if you do not provide required content on time.
8. Limitation of Liability
We are not responsible for:

Hosting downtime

Security breaches caused by third-party hosting

Losses due to improper website management by others
