1. No Refund After Work Has Begun
Since we offer digital creative services, refunds cannot be issued once:
The project has started
Initial concepts have been shared
Any design or development work has been done
2. Advance Payment
The advance booking amount (50%) is non-refundable.
3. Project Cancellation
If you cancel the project before work begins:
✔ A partial refund may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
4. Delivery Delays
We are not responsible if delays occur due to incomplete content from your side.
